The present invention relates to a device forming pneumatic caterpillar tracks. The device is characterised in that it comprises air cushions (5) fixed to the plates which are articulated to one another (1) of the caterpillar track, and which are formed of pneumatic tyre casings fixed to the plates (1) either transversely or longitudinally to the latter.
