PURPOSE:To provide a line voltage drop compensating function based on digital processing by performing digital measurement of line voltage, phase current and phase angle at a transmission end and operating a receiving end voltage from predetermined line impedances thereby sharing one phase of secondary circuit of a CT. CONSTITUTION:When the difference between a receiving end voltage Er operated by a CPU 9 and a preset reference voltage Ero at receiving end exceeds a value set at a dead band setting section 11 and the integrated value thereof reaches a value preset at an integration coefficient setting section 14 to satisfy a relation C>=DELTAE.dt, a voltage boosting signal is outputted for -DELTAE from a booster auxiliary relay 17 on condition that an overvoltage relay 7 does not function. A voltage drop signal is outputted for +DELTAE from a voltage drop auxiliary relay on condition that an undervoltage relay 8 does not function. A converter provided with an onload tap changer or a voltage regulator 1 is then operated by the voltage boosting or dropping signal. |
