The equipment has tensioning elements (2,3) at both end sides, of which one element engages in a threaded spigot (4) on the spindle. One element (3) also has two discs (5,6) which are arranged axially one behind another. A rolling body (7) is arranged between the discs, and has tracks (9,10) on its end walls which face one another. Equipment is arranged between the rolling body and one (6) of the discs or the spindle, in order to limit the swivelling angle between them in a positive manner. The equipment may be in the form of at least one axial projection on the track (10).
