PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove or reduce friction of movable means by enabling the means to perform friction reduction movement at the opening position for specifying the effective opening degree of a valve in order to reduce friction in bearing of the movable means. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 6 has elasticity. To close a valve a rod pushes the diaphragm 6 against an opening 4. To open it the rod 8 moves backward to thereby makes the diaphragm 6 repel against the opening 4 to be separated therefrom, and accordingly flow passes through an inlet 2 and goes out of an outlet 10 via the opening 4. In this way the diaphragm 6 is adapted to elastically repel and be separated from the opening 4. The rod 8 penetrates a circumferential wall 12 and is journalled at the positions shown by symbols 14, 16 so as to move in the longitudinal direction. The rod 8 is provided with a movable element 18 made of magnetic material, and capable of moving the rod reciprocally in the longitudinal direction when a proper current is supplied to a coil 20. |
