<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickle auxiliary material designed to afford pickles of favorable color and taste without damaging eggplant or the like when pickled and also without injuring a relevant operator in pickling operation or drawing out pickles. SOLUTION: This pickle auxiliary material is composed of iron materials 1, 2, 4 each with roundness as a whole to be intended for mixing together with salted rice-bran paste when pickles are to be prepared.</p> |
