Flexible rotary coupling consisting of two coaxial pieces (10,20) rotating relative one to the other about their common axis (X,X), in the limits of a determined angular movement. These coaxial pieces (10,20) are to be respectively joined to a driving section and a driven section between which the torque can be progressively transmitted. Each one carries a radial support assembly mutually interspaced facing each other (18,24), arranged to support the elastic elements for transmitting the torque (40), and one (10) of the coaxial pieces contains two transverse flanges (11,13) joined one to the other by an assembly of spacers (18). It is characterised in that these spacers (18) at the same time form radial supports for the coaxial piece (10) to which the flanges (11,13) are solidly connected.
