This mechanical apparatus, replaces the airplane propellers, by creating centrifugal force, comprising of a wheel in the form of a round tray,rotating vertically around an axle, having inside an embodiment of a tray(c) with a blade (j) attached, two gears, a chain (e)"bicycle type"which links have special paddles, this embodiment is attached to the wheel supporting frame (b), the wheel(a) is closed with a ring-shaped plate to prevent the "mass" (lead powder mixed with oil) from spilling out, now, forcing wheel (a) and gears to rotate counterclockwise, chain paddles force "mass" to move until it becomes attached to the wheel, creating a layer of lead which rotates together until being separated by the blade (j) and falling in the tray again, so , we create centrifugal force during half a revolution, above the center of rotation.
