PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, accurately and economically trim by providing a heater at a part to be scheduled to be removed, melting or softening the part of a skin after foaming, separating it or forming a separating strength lowered part at the part to be scheduled to be removed. SOLUTION: Heaters 51a, 51b are provided near parting surfaces of a lower mold 11 and upper mold 21 at a peripheral edge of a protrusion 18 for an opening of a cavity surface 14. The heater 51a is provided near a boundary between a product part of a skin 31 and a part 33a to be scheduled to be removed of its outer periphery, and the heater 51b is provided at a part 33b to be scheduled to be removed of the skin 31 disposed at the protrusion 18 for the opening. After foaming is finished, the heaters 51a, 51b are raised to predetermined temperature to melt or soften the parts 33a and 33b of the outer periphery of the product part of the skin 31 urged by its ends, thereby separating by cutting or forming a strength lowered part. Thus, since trimming is executed in the mold, a trimming position can be made constant. |
