The saddle support (1) is provided with an adjustable spring (5) which is arranged in the support housing (2) and adjusts to the weight of the bicycler. The mounting structure of the saddle support also comprises a clamping bolt (4) which is telescopically arranged in the saddle pipe (3) and can be pressed out of the guide holder (7) latch so as to be adjusted. The adjustment can be achieved by a locking pin (6) which can be removed so that the saddle pipe can be rotated with the keyed saddle. The spring tension can be adjusted without having to use tools or dismantle the saddle, by external removal of the safety clip (9). The saddle is rotated on the support housing in the required direction through the screw bond.
