PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load and labor for register of cooking completion of a completed cooking with a kitchen printer by a cook and the register of food provision of a cooked food with the kitchen printer by a waiter in an order management device that has the kitchen printer shared by the cook who cooks the ordered food and the waiter who serves a customer with the food. SOLUTION: This order management device has a bar code input device 9 that is operated by a cook at the time of cooking completion, inputs a bar code of cooked food data for indicating completed cooking contents to a kitchen printer 5 and registers with the kitchen printer that cooking of the cooking contents indicated by the cooked food data is finished, and a bar code input device 7 that is operated by a waiter at the time of serving the food, inputs the bar code of the served food data for indicating the cooking contents to be served to the kitchen printer 5 and registers with the kitchen printer 5 that the cooking contents indicated by the served food data are served. |
