<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive operator's safety by the function of limiting a light output in the case where divergence is selected on the handy torch having a limited light output in YAG laser. SOLUTION: A laser beam from a laser generator 5 of YAG laser is selectively determined for a handy torch 15 side and an automatic machine torch 13 side. In inputting machining conditions to be used by the handy torch 15, the light output on such conditions is discriminated by a controller 17 as within the limit that can be used by the handy torch 15; if the output is beyond the limit, the operator is informed of it, or else the machining conditions are automatically corrected to stay within the limit. Whenever the operator uses the handy torch 15, the light output within the limit of the handy torch 15 is outputted from the laser generator 5.</p> |
