PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a pressure control section in a supercritical refrigeration cycle and an internal heat exchanger for heat exchanging between a high pressure refrigerant and a low pressure refrigerant. SOLUTION: In the state where both low pressure and high pressure tubes 620 and 610 are brought into contact such that they are located among the low pressure the 620, the high pressure tube 610, and a casing 330 of a pressure control valve 300, both tubes 610, 620 are wound around the casing 330 and both tubes 610, 620 are brazed and joined at a contact surface thereof. Further, a thickness t1 of a portion where both tubes 610, 620 are brought into contact is made thinner than a thickness t2 of other portions.
