EVALUATION METHOD AND EVALUATION DEVICE FOR PRODUCTION PLANNING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate production planning quantitatively by recalculating a due data adherence rate and a stock quantity, which are characteristic values in the different dimensions, in the same dimension. SOLUTION: In an evaluation method for production planning, as to production plans S4, S5, S6 made on the basis of a given order data S2, a total loss of a production loss S8, which is generated because of a deviation between a product due date based on the order data and a product due date based on the production planning, and a stock loss S7 due to stock generated because of the production planning is calculated, and then, the production planning is evaluated on the basis of the calculated total loss.
