<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of error alarms by setting an appropriate bin in accordance with the traveling state of a traveling object. SOLUTION: This system comprises a bin setting processor 5 which has a flight position prediction processing part 11 which predicts a flight position up to time of several scan ahead according to calculation by using an optimum sampling number on the basis of past real results and has a bin decision processing part 12 which sets a bin in scanning that performs prediction on the basis of the predicted flight position generated by the part 11 and error information such as measured errors, and a monitoring processor 6 which monitors an overlapping degree of the set bin of each aircraft and a flight prohibited zone and makes an alarm processor 7 emit an alarm when it detects overlapping. The processor 5 evaluates an error on the basis of the past real results such as a flight state and decides the shape and size of a bin on the basis of the evaluation.</p> |
