<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust inductance of an antenna and to suppress deviation of resonance frequency by drawing plural connection terminals from the antenna, selectively connecting at least optional one set of the connection terminals to determine the number of windings of the antenna and adjusting an inductance value, etc., to adjust the inductance of the antenna. SOLUTION: The antenna 2 is formed like a spiral and connection conductors 8a to 11a are arranged with every number of windings of the antenna 2. Each of the connection conductors 8a to 11a is connected with each of connection terminals 4 to 7 of an IC chip 1. For example, the number of windings of the antenna is set as four turns to specify antenna inductance here, electrical shielding is performed by providing a cutting part 12 by cutting a halfway of a printing pattern conductor 8b. The electrical shielding is similarly performed by providing a cutting part 12 by cutting a halfway of a printing pattern conductor 9b and a printing pattern conductor 11b is left by a method to provide a cutting part 14 by cutting a halfway of a printing pattern conductor 10b at last.
