<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the excellent transparency and luster of a coating film and the excellent adhesion and fixing resistance between the coating film and a water-based top coating agent by a method wherein a water-based coating liquid is applied on a coating layer, which is formed by applying an oxazoline group-containing polymer on the surface of a film and then drying and stretching it. SOLUTION: Polyester consisting of this film has an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, its ester and a glycol as the starting material of this film. An oxazoline group-containing polymer A is synthesized with stock monomers, at least one of which includes oxazoline compounds such as 2-oxazoline, 3-oxazoline or the like. An undrawn film, on which the coating liquid containing the oxazoline group-containing polymer A is applied, is stretched longitudinally so as to work into an uniaxially stretched film in order to coat a water-based coating agent of water-soluble or water-dispersing polyester-based resin so as to laterally stretch, heat-set and wind-up. Thus, the excellent transparency and luster of a coating film and the excellent adhesion and fixing resistance between the coating film and the water-based coating film are obtained.</p> |
