<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gear sufficiently powerful and capable of exhibiting differential limiting action of high controllability. SOLUTION: This differential gear is provided with a clutch mechanism 24 that can connect an input part 2 of a differential mechanism D to an output part 11; a mechanical differential limiting mechanism M for connectively operating the clutch mechanism 24 by rotational force inputted to the input part 2; and an electromagnetic-differential limiting mechanism E for connectively operating the clutch mechanism 24 by the driving force of an electromagnetic actuator 32. Sufficient differential limiting action is achieved by the mechanical differential limiting mechanism M, and differential limiting action of high controllability is achieved by the electromagnetic differential limiting mechanism E.</p> |
