PURPOSE: A complex quilting device is provided to form complex quilting patterns by mounting a large-sized quilting machine and a small-sized quilting machine in connection with each other, thereby easily and variously obtaining complex patterns. CONSTITUTION: A complex quilting device includes a large-sized quilting machine, a small-sized quilting machine disposed behind the large quilting machine, an eccentric cam(12) mounted to the small quilting machine at an end of a power transmission shaft(11) connected to the large quilting machine for reciprocating the small quilting machine in a perpendicular direction to the large quilting machine, and LM bearing and LM guide(22,23) mounted at a lower part of the small quilting machine for reciprocating the small quilting machine by the power of the large quilting machine, wherein the eccentric cam is provided with a rod(13), a lever(14) reciprocatingly pivoting by the rod, a shaft(15) for rotating by a predetermined angle by the lever, a cam(16) mounted at an end of the shaft, and a rod(17) connected to the eccentric cam.
