PURPOSE: A rudder is provided to minimize an energy loss caused by the eccentricity of a rotating current according to the rotation direction of a propeller by improving the shape and the arrangement of a streamlined bulb and to improve the propulsion efficiency of a propeller by strongly rectifying the flow of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A rudder(120) is rotationally installed on the rear side of the propeller(110) of a ship(100) having a propeller as a propulsion device. At approximately same height as a rotation shaft(111) of the propeller, a bulb(130) is formed on the rear side of the propeller. The bulb is a conical streamlined shape at a nose portion(131) by being enlarged, oppositely protruded toward the front side of the rudder and by being thinner toward a tail portion(132). When the bulb is seen from the propeller side, the front end of the nose portion is inclined toward the same rotational direction as the propeller from the centerline of a ship body. If the propeller rotates to the right side, the ship is inclined toward the right side from the centerline of the ship body with a specific distance and if to the left side, the ship is inclined toward the left side from the centerline of the ship.
