The self-controlling rotary piston pump with constant lift comprises a rotor (7) with a rotor disk (9) rotatable relatively to it. At least two cylinder channels (8) are provided in the rotor and are centrally joined to one another. On the rotor disk pistons (10) are arranged, which laterally engage in the open cylinder channels. On each of the pistons at least one bearing (10a) is so arranged so that it extends beyond at least one side of the piston. The bearing, with the movement of the piston in a cylinder channel, can come into contact with one of the side walls of the cylinder channel. The bearing is a cylinder roller bearing.
