<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately acquire the traveling state of a moving body (for example, a bus), traveling prediction and road congestion information by using a user terminal. SOLUTION: A moving body terminal 30 sends position information and the present time through a radio network 100. When receiving the position information and the present time, a traveling prediction engine 70 confirms the present position from a traveling route table 10, registers the present time on a point passage time 22 in a traveling state control table 20, and calculates an inter-point passage time of the traveling state control table 20 by referring a traveling time table 40, to renew an inter-point prediction time 52 of a traveling time prediction table 50. A user acquires approach information 62 of the moving body or a required time 63 to a destination from the traveling prediction engine 70 through an internet 200 by using the user terminal 60.</p> |
