SOLUTION: A funeral agency system comprises an application agency means transferring telephone calls from clients to the membership funeral director by a transferring telephone so as to accept applications on behalf of the director at transferred side and an operation agency means rushing to a funeral house on behalf of the director by a vehicle so as to discuss about a funeral based on the manual of the operator who wants agency and also to process of a remaining body.
