PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate coated with a polyester resin film having a design made by embossing a resin film showing high hardness and excellent fabricability. SOLUTION: A metal plate is coated with a non-orientated polyester resin or a crystalline polyester resin compounded with a low crystalline polyester, each having an uneven surface by being embossed.
