PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing device which is installed with the first and second electrodes for ion generation in mid-way of a wind path with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A channel section for wiring is formed at a surface forming the prescribed wind path and a first strut section 16 as a first electrode supporting section and a pair of second strut sections 14 as second electrode supporting sections for supporting the first electrode 20 and second electrode 21 for ion generation are integrally formed in a wiring retaining section 10 disposed in the channel section for wiring.
