PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an assurance of strength, and attain labor saving in installation execution work. SOLUTION: A back board 21 is fixed to a reverse surface of a foundation floor unit 22, to generate a clearance between the foundation floor unit 22 and a building beam 21, a plurality of anchor bolts 23 are fixed to the building beam 7 in the outward of the foundation floor unit 22, and a fixing plate 24 fixed to the anchor bolt 23 is inserted into the clearance and fixedly welded relating to the foundation floor unit 22.
