<p>The invention relates to a device for determining the surface shape of biological tissue. The device is comprised of a radiation source (1) for generating an excitation radiation (2), and has means for generating an irradiation pattern (26) from the excitation radiation directly on the tissue (8a) so that the irradiated tissue areas are excited for emitting a fluorescent pattern (27) comprised of fluorescent radiation (14). The inventive device also comprises at least one detection device (12) for detecting the fluorescent radiation (14) emitted by the tissue (8a), and comprises an evaluation unit for calculating the surface shape of the tissue (8a) from the detected fluorescent radiation (14).</p> |
