The invention relates to an exercise device for shaping the face and removing wrinkles by means of isometric face muscle exercises. The device comprises a base body (1) which corresponds to the rounded shape of the jaw and which can be introduced into the oral vestibule. Said base body (1) has a bite (10) for the upper and lower jaws and comprises a hard plastic with a flexural strength of 90-95, an impact resistance of 4-6.0, preferably 5-6.5 KJ/m<2> and a shore hardness of 65-75, preferably 68-74, a strain at break of 30-50 %, preferably 35-45 % and an elastic modulus of 1600-2000 N/mm<2>, preferably 1700-1900 N/mm<2>. |
