PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cargo room structure of a vehicle capable of shielding a required part of a cargo room in a cargo room main body. SOLUTION: The cargo room is furnished with the cargo room main body 2, a plural number of lateral curtains 4 and a plural number of vertical curtains 5. A plural number of the lateral curtains 4 are provided in parallel with one side wall 2a out of the two side walls 2a, 2c adjacent to each other of the cargo room main body 2 and provided in parallel in the cross direction along overall width of the one side wall 2a, and they are provided along the other side wall 2c free to move independently from each other. The vertical curtains 5 develop in accordance with movement of each of the lateral curtains in the direction to be separated from each other and block between each of the lateral curtains 4, and they are folded in accordance with movement of each of the adjacent lateral curtains 4 in the direction for each other to approach.
