PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which has improved inorganic filler dispersibility, has further improved printability, workability and shape retainability, and can thin a film. SOLUTION: This resin composition having a thixotropic property is obtained by dispersing in a resin solution a solvent treating liquid containing a surface- treated inorganic filler obtained by stirring an inorganic filler in the solution of a silicone oligomer which is a preliminarily three-dimensionally cross-linked silicone oligomer having two or more repeating silicone units and one or more functional groups each having a hydroxyl group at the terminal and has a kinematic viscosity of 1.5 to 3 mm2/s inγ-butyrolactone solvent in a solid content concentration of 20 wt.%.
