PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating system having a long fuel cell life, which can obtain enough hydrogen conversion efficiency by preventing rapid deterioration of a reforming catalyst and well separate carbon monoxide and hydrogen, in generating power by supplying the fuel cell with hydrogen obtained by reforming digestion gas generated from organic waste disposal of livestock excreta or the like. SOLUTION: In a reforming process for reforming methane in digestion gas into hydrogen and carbon monoxide with a catalyst, a fluid membrane reforming reaction tower 3 is used, and between a hydrogen treating device 4 of hydrogen gas thus obtained and a fuel cell 6, a hydrogen re-treating device 5 is provided for making hydrogen gas in contact with a palladium system hydrogen separation membrane, by which high-purity hydrogen gas re-treated is supplied to the fuel cell 6. |
