PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium that can protect illegal copy of recorded information by making reproduction of control data impossible even though control data are recorded in the control data part. SOLUTION: The optical recording medium has groves and land tracks. At least a portion of the groove track has an intermittently divided structure so that forming the groove tracks intermittently can protect illegal copy of recorded data. |
