PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for efficiently selling a commodity whose price is determined by a market price in a marketplace. SOLUTION: A commerce and logistics discrete type sales method performs sales of a commodity whose price is determined by a market price in a marketplace by separation of a business transaction flow and a material flow. This method is constituted of a step to transmit the due-in information indicating an arrival plan of a commodity from a wholesale side processor to a bargainee side processor, a step to transmit the order information for ordering the commodity shown in the due-in information transmitted above from the bargainee side processor to the wholesale side processor, a step to estimate the price of the commodity indicated in the order information transmitted in the above and to set up the commodity price by correcting the estimated prices using a market price parameter corresponding to the market price information of other marketplace, and a step to instruct split shipment of the commodity to the bargainee who has ordered the commodity at arrival of the commodity whose price has been set in above.
