PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts management system by which troubles of articles can be repaired at an early stage. SOLUTION: In this system, when an acceptance center 20 is made a request of repairing of article, the requested details are transmitted to a service center 30; the service center 30 predicts necessary parts to repair, and while on one hand instructing a parts center 40 to send the predicted parts to a service engineer 50, on the other hand transmits information making the request to repair the trouble content to the service engineer 50; the service engineer 50 brings the parts sent from the parts center 40 with him responding to the request to repair from the service center 30, and performs repair work of the article; when the repair work is finished, the service engineer 50 reports the result to the service center 30 and returns the parts which is not used at the repair; the service center 30 calculates the charge of the repair work responding to the report. |
