PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remaining bolt piece removing method which more easily and positively removes a remaining bolt piece than before, the remaining bolt piece being left owing to fracture of a bolt portion screwed into a nut as a bolt-and-nut combination that functions to rigidly connect connection members together, and also to provide a drill guide and a wrench for use in the method. SOLUTION: According to the method, a drill guide DG having a drill guide passage is set in a bolt insertion hole 96 appearing after missing or the like of the bolt portion 940 inclusive of a bolt head, due to the bolt fracture. Then while a drill 61 is guided along the drill guide, a wrench pin insertion hole 941a is formed in the remaining bolt piece 941, and the guide DG is removed, followed by inserting the wrench WR into the bolt insertion hole 96. Further, a pin 4 of the wrench is fitted into the hole 941a formed in the remaining bolt piece and rotated therein, whereby the remaining bolt piece 941 is removed.
