PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient fluid reformer capable of positively attaining power-up of fluid such as water or air essential for human being. SOLUTION: In the fluid reformer, a plurality of honeycomb filters are positioned so as to partition a passage for a liquid or a gas, and a magnet forming a neutral zone of a magnetic field is installed on the outer periphery of the pipe member along a pipe member arranged to form the passage for the liquid or the gas between an introducing port of the fluid and the honeycomb filter .
