There is provided a mobile telephone for detecting user biological information and reflecting it in the information communication. The mobile telephone (1) includes a sensor section (18) for detecting biological data. Data detected by the sensor section (18) is sent to a sensor data analysis section (19), which analyzes the biological data stored in a psychological state memory (20) and a psychological state corresponding to the data detected according to the psychological state. The sensor data analysis section (19) extracts a characteristic signal pattern from the biological data detected by the sensor section (18) and analyzes a psychological state corresponding to the extracted signal pattern. The psychological state may be, for example, "pleased/enjoying", "depressed", and "excited", which are correlated with the biological data and stored in the psychological state memory (20). When biological data is detected by the sensor section (18), a psychological state corresponding to the biological data is selected from the psychological state memory (20).
