PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a scroll type compressor by adopting a bearing structure highly reliable against moment load generated by inclination of a crank pin, in the crank pin preventing auto-rotation of an orbiting scroll. SOLUTION: Tilting of a spherical bearing and tilting of an inner race of the bearing accompanying with inclination of the crank pin are prevented by providing the spherical bearing on an inner circumference or an outer circumference of the bearing to reduce moment load acting on the bearing.
