PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of an insect when opening and closing a window due to causing the sanitary problem when cleaning is not performed when opening and closing the window, since the insect enters and a spider's web is spread between a window frame and the window, due to having an insect proof net inside when opening and closing the window for ventilation, in a conventional insect proof net for an opening-out window. SOLUTION: This opening-out type window opens outside for ventilation. At that time, clearance of four places of a grip part, a joint part, an upper part and a lower part is formed. The four places are blocked up so that the insect and the spider's web do not enter its space. Since the grip part can form maximum clearance, a winding type insect proof net capable of taking in and out of air is installed for indoor ventilation. The joint part is blocked up by an expandable cloth curtain since clearance is small, and the clearance of the upper part and the lower part minimizes clearance formed in the window and the window frame by combining a sliding type blocking-up plate.
