PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring device capable of boring a hole in workpieces arrayed in a small spacing. SOLUTION: An upper base plate 10 faces a lower base plate 31, and a clamp plate 32 is arranged between the lower base plate 31 and the upper base plate 10. A workpiece 99 clamped between the clamp plate 32 and the lower base plate 31 is pressed by and fixed by clamp cylinders 33, 34. A drill 22 is mounted on the upper base plate 10, and protruded from the upper base plate 10 to the lower base plate 31. A drive motor 23 is erected on a surface of the upper base plate 10 facing the lower base plate 31, and the power of the drive motor 23 is transmitted to the drill 22 via a transmission mechanism 24, and the drill 22 is rotated. A feed cylinder 42 is provided between the lower base plate 31 and the upper base plate 10, and the upper base plate 10 is moved attachably/detachably to/from the lower base plate 31 by the feed cylinder 42.
