PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scum scraper which surely scrapes scum floating in a settling basin etc. of a water treatment plant toward a scum discharge means. SOLUTION: The scum scraper 10 comprises a flight plate 21 that scrapes scum S toward a trough 41, a frame 23 that guides the flight plate 21, an air cylinder 24 that reciprocates the flight plate 21, an air cylinder 30 that vertically moves the flight plate 21, and a control means CB that controls the movement of the two cylinders, and is installed in the vicinity of the scum discharge means 40 that discharges the scum floating in the settling basin 1 of the water treatment plant to the outside, which enables sure scraping of the scum S into the scum discharge mean 40.
