The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the cardiology. In accordance with the invention, on the basis of data of day monitoring of blood pressure nonparametric estimation of probability distribution bivariate function of the registration of patient blood pressure value as local polynomials splines on the basis of -splines close to interpolated in the mean. The obtained estimation of probability distribution function for a patient is compared to the appropriated estimations of probability distribution functions of diagnoses that it was obtained by control sample. The list of the most reliable diagnoses is determined and the risk (probability) of presence thereof is estimated on the basis of indices of proximity of estimations of probability distribution functions.
