An oscillating grinding machine is provided to allow ease of exchanging a driving shaft by directly connecting the driving shaft to a driving motor. An oscillating grinding machine includes a driving motor(2) surrounded by a body(3); a grinding head(5) bearing-coupled to a driving shaft(4) such that the grinding head rotates about the driving shaft and serves as a support member for a flexible grinding stone(8); and the driving shaft driven along with the driving motor. The driving shaft includes a main shaft and an eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft includes a central line which forms an angle with respect to a central line of the main shaft. The grinding head is mounted on the eccentric shaft such that the grinding head is inclined with respect to the main shaft. The grinding head oscillates in a spherical surface created by the eccentricity and inclination of the eccentric shaft with respect to the main shaft and rotation of the main shaft.
