PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove soot generated by abrasion from the optical path of a laser beam. SOLUTION: The laser beam machine is composed so that the surface to be worked of an object to be worked is covered by light transmitting liquid. Therefore, since soot generated by the irradiation of a laser beam for working can be removed from the vicinity of the optical path of the laser beam for working by the light transmitting liquid, it can be prevented that a part of the energy of the laser beam for working is sucked by the soot, and uniform laser beam machining can be performed. |
