A TOWER MOUNTED AMPLIFIER GAIN ADJUSTING METHOD, SYSTEM AND THE TOWER MOUNTED AMPLIFIER

A tower mounted amplifier (TMA) gain adjusting method, system and the tower mounted amplifier. The method comprises: the TMA sends a message containing the information of whether the TMA supports gain non-linear adjusting to a maintenance device; the maintenance device receives the message and when the message shows that the TMA supports gain non-linear adjusting, adjusts the TMA gain using the received values for non-linear steps. The solution resolves the problem efficiently, which exists in the prior art, that the known interface can't satisfy the actual demand and can't acquire the information of whether the current TMA supports gain non-linear adjusting.
