The method involves manufacturing a glass filling (2.2) by milling glass. The milled glass is granulated to a particle size from 10 to 300 microns. The granulate is pressed to a ring form, and a pellet is sintered, where the sintering takes place during temperature between 500 and 900 degree centigrade. The sintered pellet is inserted into a borehole (2.4) of a metal ring (2.1), which has a thickness of 2 to 10 micrometer. The glass filling is subjected to the thermal treatment in an inserted condition with the metal ring.
