METHOD FOR PREVENTING THE FORMATION OF COATING ON A CASTING MOULD BOTTOM

The method is for preventing the formation of the coating at the casting mold floor where the cement slurry gets poured when manufacturing a concrete product with slurry mixture. It comprises steps of installing a means(7) for distributing the cement slurry at an exit of a hose(6) connecting a gate flap(2) to a mixer gate(3); adjusting the height of the mixer gate(3) with repect to the casting mold floor(4) by 2 step according to the time of pouring the cement slurry.
