An outdoor billboard using a beam projector is provided to improve advertisement effect and to reduce an installation cost by displaying a fixed bill in the daytime and displaying a moving picture for advertisement at night through the beam projector. A frame(10) has a specific shape for installing the billboard in the place with a predetermined height from the ground and the top part of the building. At least one rear screen(20) is installed in an upper part of the frame. The rear screen is installed in the place with a predetermined height from the ground and the top part of the building and displays the specific advertisement. A beam projector(30) is installed to correspond to the rear screen and projects all kinds of the advertising images in the rear screen. A printing advertising film(50) is installed in the front side of the rear screen and selectively expose the rear screen. A motor unit(40) applies the driving force to fold or spread the print advertising film. A controller(124) controls to display the fixed advertisement through the printing advertising film or the advertising image through the rear screen by operating the beam projector or the motor unit according to the set value.
