A cosmetic composition for improving wrinkle, and a method for preparing the cosmetic material are provided to enhance the effect promoting the synthesis of collagen. A cosmetic composition for improving wrinkle contains the fermentation extract which is obtained by fermenting the mushroom fungi of at least one selected from Angelica gigas, Angelica dahurica, insam (ginseng), Cervus nippon, aeonia lactiflora and Glycyrrhiza glabra with yeast, lactobacillus and bifidus, and extracting it, as an active ingredient.
