A process for preparation of phytoin-containing biomass by means of incubation of strains of microorganisms, producing carotenoids while accumulation of specified rate of phytoin, where as a producer of phytoin the strain of fungus Blakeslea trispora Pht1і Pht1is used, which is deposited under registration number of Blakeslea trispora ІМВ F- the ratio of 1:1-1.12, and incubation is realized in nutrient medium, containing water and sources of carbon, nitrogen and prosphorus, in particular corn-chop 14-28 g/l, concentrated corn extract 33-60 g/l, and oil 16-26 g/l, at constant aeration by air on the basis of 0.25- of air per minute per 1l of total volume of nutrient medium while reaching of constant concentration of phytoin in biomass. |
