SUPERCONDUCTIVE ONE-PHOTON DETECTOR

摘要

Superconductive one-photon detector has dielectric pad on which sensitive element is placed, this is arranged as superconductive strip connected to external source of shift current. Sensitive element additionally has superconductive strips, at that all the strips of sensitive element are placed in parallel to each other, with gap smaller than 200 nm, each of strips of sensitive element is made with width smaller than 200 nm, with thickness smaller than 4 nm, connected to external source of shift current in parallel, and neighboring strips of sensitive element are connected to each other with superconductive bridges.
